    I’d like to give this company a big thumbs-up for their service. I called them on Sunday, and even though it was just a few days before Christmas, they confirmed a time right away and came on Monday to handle the water leak detection. Andrew was super professional, fast, and kept me updated the whole time, giving me real peace of mind. They pinpointed the problem quickly and did a fantastic job. Honestly, their service was just unbeatable. Highly recommend them!

    Andrew arrived on time and provided an excellent service installing a new boiler. Competitively priced and high quality workmanship throughout, providing cost saving advice and ongoing maintenance support options. Andrew has a very pleasant character, was courteous, punctual, polite and professional throughout the installation- ideal person to work in your home. I will use for any future gas or plumbing work and have no hesitation in recommending him.

    I can not recommend Andrew and his work more highly - I was in a pickle with a leaking hot water tank, damage to the lounge ceiling going on holiday in 5 days. Because of an old traditional boiler, I went for a combo boiler replacement which involved moving the boiler upstairs into the airing cupboard, freeing up a lot of space. Fitting took Andrew 5 hours on Saturday and 8 hours on Sunday (whilst we were out watching West Ham beat Newcastle) and then a few hours Wednesday finishing up. So I got away with a working new system and the lounge ceiling drying out for later work. THANK YOU ANDREW!

    Very helpful - called out of hours for emergency service and was great. Price was very reasonable given it was an emergency call out at short notice

    We knew we had a few problems with our central heating after 25 years in our home. Losing pressure every day and poor hot water, it was a challenge to find the leaks with concrete floors. Andrew did find two leaks and fitted a new water boiler, along with a few upgrades elsewhere. I now have consistent heating and hot water throughout my home.

    Andrew was always very helpful and pleasent to deal with.

    Andrew was exceptional. So helpful and professional and after previously using a large company that sent more than 7 different engineers each diagnosing something different with my boiler, having an owner operated business was a breath of fresh air.
    Cannot hesitate to recommend and will only use South Thames Maintenance in future. Lovely to have a full working boiler!

    Leaving reviews when you have bananas for fingers can be awkward, but sometimes a company deserves the 5 stars and South Thames Maintenance Services did a great job replacing my boiler. When other companies failed to call back, Andrew, from STMS returned my call and was on hand within a day. He diagnosed the problem and clearly gave me options, with the no brain solution being a new boiler. Again, options were discussed and on the next working day my old Valiant boiler was replaced with a Glowworm. Andrew worked with respect to our property, laying carpet coverings. He was friendly and polite and our dog, a great judge of character, liked him. Thanks for a good job well done.
